These Terms of Service govern the use of apps, tools, websites, and related services provided by Cosmos Factor Software LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 64.007.043/0001-81.
By downloading, accessing, or using any Cosmos Factor product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Cosmos Factor aims to build reliable software, but the apps and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, interruptions may happen, and no uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed.
Cosmos Factor may update apps, add or remove features, change pricing or access conditions, or discontinue products at any time. Notice may be provided when practical, but immediate operational or product changes may still occur.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cosmos Factor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of its products or services, including loss of data, interruption, or device or workflow issues.
The apps, code, design, branding, documentation, and related materials belong to Cosmos Factor or its licensors. Use of a product grants a limited right to use it under these terms; it does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Unless another mandatory legal rule applies, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Curitiba, Parana, Brazil.
